Speed & Agility training

Work with our Partners at Thoroughbred Performance Training where Coach Chuma and his team will work with our players to help them get stronger, faster and more agile ahead of the season ahead. Take advantage of this training offering for session one or both this offseason to continue your players athletic development. 

90 minute sessions (includes 30 mins of strength training) for ages 12+ (Birth years 2012 and older), Cost $120 

60 minute sessions for ages 11 & under (Birth years 2013 and younger), Cost $60

Next Level Technical Training

Work directly with our staff to improve your individual technical skills. The only way our players will become more confident with the ball at their feet is to keep a ball at their feet. In our Winter Technical Training our focus will be to get our players as many repetitions as they can over the sessions so they can continuously utilize and grow their skills while being able to practice them in a game-like setting leading to more confidence on the field in both attacking and defending situations.

Here are some of the items we will focus on:

• Creativity and confidence with the ball at your feet. 
• How to attack confidently in 1v1 and 2v2 situations 
• How to defend confidently in 1v1 and 2v2 situations
• Shooting and Finishing
• Situational skills and when to use them
• Bringing your skills into the game.

Cost: $50 session One - $60 session two 

Session 1: 12/3/24,12/10/24, 12/17/24, 1/8/25, 1/15/25 (all session 6-7pm)

Session 2: 1/22/25, 1/29/25, 2/5/25, 2/12/25, 2/19/25, 2/26/25 (all session 6-7pm)

Next Level Keeper Training

We are excited to announce a new Partnership with Tiger Goalkeeping to provide the best possible training for our Galaxy Goalkeepers. Goalkeeper is the most under trained position on the field and we recognize the need for our Goalkeepers to get consistent and position focused training in order for them to grow and perform in one of the toughest positions to play on the pitch.

INCLUDES goalkeeper jersey

Cost: $125 for session 1, $150 for session 2 OR Both session 1 & 2 for $250
